Response was it won't even ship until next Monday(2 weeks from order date). Could order off Amazon today and have it Friday, ***? You'd think ordering direct would have better customer service, but guess not

United StatesI have had a Volant filter for13 years in my F150, no complaints.
United StatesIt was somewhat of a pain to replace the filter but I let the new one in the sun to heat up the rubber. I have seen increased performance because the old filter was definitely past it’s time to be replaced. I also have the pre filter now and I think this will help prolong better performance. At least a 2 mpg increase
