I purchased a whole Volant airbox with snorkel for my LB7 in the past and the holes in the lid for the bolts did not line up at all. They had to send me another lid which still didn’t line up so they sent me a whole new box and sadly, I was still not able to get all the bolts to like up with the threaded holes so I just dealt with it. A couple years later (last month) I got an email about their power core filters and I was impressed by the description so I purchased one rod replaced the old oil free filter that came on the original CAI setup. The filter has multiple shipping delays and once it finally arrived I went to install us and noticed the diameter where it attaches is massive and no way was it going to fit the plastic pipe going to the intake. I called and spoke to Mike (the only employee in tech support) and explained the situation to him and he said he was going to research it and get back to me. No call back so I tried him multiple times to no avail. I’ve left voicemails and nothing. I was really hoping to get an answer on whether there was a way I could use this new filter but sadly I’m going to have to ask for a refund at this point. I wish the staff would have returned my call so it wouldn’t had to come to leaving a review of my negative experience.
