Volant air intake systems utilize a high-velocity venturi filter adapter which provides a smooth transition through the MAF sensor into the intake tube for a much needed airflow improvement over the factory rubber tubing and resonator box. Volant's Cool Air box is larger than the factory unit and incorporates a larger opening to collect a higher volume of colder ambient air.

Overall experience I am very pleased. Install was perfect, and excelleration from a stop thru out entire range is enhanced. Not much for mpg because I can't keep my foot from hammering the throttle.
this was installed on a 2019 challenger scat pack #1 breather hose provided was just a piece of 5/8 heater hose which did not fit the engine side, had to outsource a 5/8 silicone hose which would stretch over engine breather tube. #2 had the air cleaner installed, went to put in air temp sensor and the grommet popped inside the cleaner, had to remove cleaner to remove grommet, then glue grommet to air cleaner case other than that install was easy enough and fit to the car looks better than the OEM air box
The fit was tight (as expected) and the box seems well constructed. Two issues were that the fittings were reversed. The instruction video could be clearer so it took a bit to figure out that I had to reverse them. Also the box has a round hole at the bottom whereas the factory has an larger odd shape that you would think would provide more air. It may be worth it to take it back out to enlarge the hole. One of the few that doesn't take the hot air from the engine compartment so I would buy it again as having the experience from the first install would make everything go easier.
We won't bother you too much, but sometimes we have some cool stuff to talk about...
