Volant air intake systems utilize a high-velocity venturi filter adapter which provides a smooth transition through the MAF sensor into the intake tube for a much needed airflow improvement over the factory rubber tubing and resonator box. Volant's Cool Air box is larger than the factory unit and incorporates a larger opening to collect a higher volume of colder ambient air.

I purchased a throttle body spacer with a closed box CAI for my 2011 yukon denali 6.2 AWD and it went beyond my expectations. First time ordering the Volant closed air intake oiled system and inlike it..Great looking system under the hood,easy install,and decent shipping as well..I likecthe product and the slight growl under the hood.
United StatesI have put these intakes on probably 6 different trucks I've owned. What keeps me coming back is how loud the intake is. You can hear your engine. No more choked up noise from the little stock intake.

United StatesGives a nice growl to a 5,000 Lb SUV, picks up easier & helps on the low end. Now there’s an issue that needs to be addressed towards that breather ****** that you add the hose to that leads to the passenger side valve cover, it needs to be made better and ACTUALLY a good 3/8’s in diameter to accommodate that supplied hose. Had to shave it down a little to be able to fit it but it ended up getting some damage but did the best to hug hose on the ****** & hose clamped it on. No issues yet but I really hope no ****** mechanic tries putting his hand on it one day & ends up breaking that brittle ******.. Good intake overall but that ****** needs to be situated.
United StatesGood product. Workmanship of intake tube is the only complaint. Intake tube had rough edges and on throttle body side the two halves of the tube where uneven and rough. Rubber collar almost didn't sit right. Slight shaving and good. The pvc ****** on intake tube was the worst though. Not sized to hose provided and holes on it. Overall ok so far.
United StatesReplied a few times to order@volant, no response. Too bad I can’t post the pictures of the intake tube. Appears when the two halves were molded together the alignment was off. Throttle body end was off a good 1/8”-1/4” making it difficult to slide on, although a little hot water made it manageable to install. The fresh air breather port was 1/2” from issues stated above, obviously cannot be used with their supplied 3/8” hose to go to the valve cover. After about 40 dollars extra to make it work AND look decent (like it’s supposed to) i’m not too thrilled. On the other hand, after everything was installed, the performance gains are very noticeable. Volant is more than welcome to reply to me but still no contact/comments.
