Volant air intake systems utilize a high-velocity venturi filter adapter which provides a smooth transition through the MAF sensor into the intake tube for a much needed airflow improvement over the factory rubber tubing and resonator box. Volant's Cool Air box is larger than the factory unit and incorporates a larger opening to collect a higher volume of colder ambient air.
Filter Options Include:
easy to install make sure you spray the old bolt holes with pb blaster for ease of install. the lower pick up tube does not fit with body lift on truck its about 4-6 inches short. power core filter is a great improvement over the k&n hot air filter only got about 500 mile on it atm but a vast improvement

Ordered it with the blue oiled filter and man it looks good, sounds good, and works good. Increased throttle response with true dual exhaust and accelerates better. Glass cover was cracked but Volant sent me a replacement. VOLANT IS THE BEST!
United StatesEasy install except the ram air. I don’t know where to mount it to. Don’t notice any difference in power or gas mileage.
United StatesThe silicone coupling for the scoop is about 2” short. Going to have to buy a longer one to make it work. The truck has factory body mounts. The intake tube appears to be made by welding two half’s together. The two half’s were not square and would not fit the throttle body until I heated it up and reshaped it. It’s a fight to get the filter in the box and connected because the filter is so large or box is too small. On the plus side, the filter is nice and it looks good.

United StatesEasy to install and yes on my next build, I'll use you guys again. After the tune, it added a little more power. Not going to break any records with it, but that's not what I was going for. I wanted a great running, nice sounding little truck, and that just what I have. Thank You!
